As only 48 hours were left for counting of votes polled on Nov 3 bypolls in Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Sira in Karnataka, Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa on Sunday expressed confidence of his party winning both the seats.
Speaking to newsmen here he said that “both Munirathna (R R Nagar) and Rajesh Gowda (Sira) will win by a huge margin of 40,000 and 25,000 respectively. I have been saying this right from the beginning of polling”.
Answering a question, question about the leader of the opposition Siddaramiah claiming wind blowing towards Congress, he said Siddaramaiah will get to know when the results are out on November 10. (agency)
