Retired BU professor commits suicide
In a note, Prof Ashok Kumar said he had taken the extreme step of his own accord
BENGALURU:
A retired professor of Bangalore University committed suicide by hanging himself on Sunday.
Ashok Kumar was found hanging at his residence near Silk Board in the Mico Layout police jurisdiction. According to reports, the police found a note in which the professor claimed he alone was responsible for taking the extreme step of ending his life.
