SWR has ferried home 1.12 lakh migrants since May 1
BENGALURU:
South Western Railway has ferried 1,12,524 passengers in 82 Shramik specials since May 1 from Karnataka to different parts of the country.
As per MHA guidelines, this has enabled thousands of migrant workers, students and families to return to their native places across the country.
As per protocol, BMTC buses have ferried these passengers to boarding stations.
