Turkey has expressed cautious optimism regarding a new agreement between the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and Syria’s government, according to a Turkish official. The official noted that Turkey, which views the SDF as a terrorist organization, is keen to observe how the agreement will be implemented.
