There is sufficient petrol, diesel and LPG in the country and Karnataka to meet public demand. All LPG plants and fuel storage depots of IndianOil, BPC and HPC are operating normally in Karnataka. All IndianOil, BPC and HPC LPG distributors are open and refill delivery is being done through delivery boys, according to a state-level coordinator of the oil marketing companies.
Customers are advised not to resort to panic booking since LPG is available without any problem.
All petrol pumps in Karnataka are open with skeletal staff to cater to essential services like police, medical personnel and ambulances, as also the general public.
Thanks to the proactive support of the Additional Chief Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies, Karnataka and the entire police department, the oil marketing companies have been able to ensure product delivery and services.
In select petrol pumps of IndianOil, BPC and HPC on the national and state highways, oil companies and dealers have joined hands to provide food and water to truckers and to the travelling public at large.
