Bengaluru: A BJP delegation submitted a memorandum to the Bengaluru Police Commissioner on Wednesday, 4 November, objecting to posters put up against state BJP president and MLA B.Y. Vijayendra, the party’s media group said.
The delegation included BJP Legal Cell state convener Vasanth Kumar, SC Morcha state general secretary Prashanth Kumar and former MLA M.D. Lakshminarayan. The party’s media invitation had said the group would visit the Police Commissioner’s office in Vasanth Nagar at 3.30 pm.

Photos shared by the group show a man pasting a poster on a wall and printed copies of the posters attached to the memorandum. The posters carry a derogatory message addressed to Vijayendra. This report does not reproduce that text.
The group has not shared the full text of the memorandum. No police response was reported at the time of publication.
