Residents need not ‘worry’, says district in-charge Narayan Gowda

BENGALURU:

Mandya’s ‘Green Zone’ status has taken a beating with a massive spike of 171 Covid cases, most of them Mumbai returnees, reported in the last couple of days. But district in-charge minister KC Narayan Gowda feels there is nothing to worry about and the entire district is under control.

Gowda pointed out that the district is under the supervision of deputy commissioner V Venkatesh, who is a doctor, and that Mandya residents need not worry.
