Nasir Hussain Gulam Hussain has been sentenced to 12 years of rigorous imprisonment for his role in trafficking approximately 40 kg of charas back in 2003, as determined by a court on Monday. The case, tried by Additional Sessions Judge B L Choithani, found Hussain guilty under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
