KALABURAGI: Five police personnel, including an assistant sub-inspector, were placed under suspension after they were found to be gambling with playing cards inside a police station.
The suspended police personnel are ASI Mohiuddin Miyan, head constables Nagaraj and Saibanna and constables Imam and Nagabhushan. They were found to be playing cards inside the Wadi police station here.
Police Superintendent Addur Srinivasulu, ordered the suspension, also issued notice to sub-inspector Thirumalesh and sought a reply from him regarding the gambling incident.
