Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Monday extended the custody of MK Faizy, President of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), allowing the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to interrogate him for an additional three days in connection with a money laundering case. Special Judge Chander Jit Singh approved the extension after the ED had requested an additional five days.
