Pejawar Seer Sri Vidyendra Tirtha to Observe 15th Chaturmasya Vrata in Bengaluru from August 8
Bengaluru: Pejawar Math seer Sri Vidyendra Tirtha Swamiji will observe his 15th Chaturmasya Vrata at Poornaprajna Vidyapeetha in Bengaluru from August 8 to September 26, 2026, according to a media statement issued by the Chitrapur Sri Chaturmasya Welcome Committee.
The Chaturmasya observance will be held at Poornaprajna Vidyapeetha under the aegis of the Poornaprajna Vidyapeetha Pratishthana.
The committee stated that devotees will have an opportunity during the Chaturmasya period to participate in various religious and spiritual programmes, including the Sansthana Puja of Sri Kalingamardana Krishna, the presiding deity of the Math, the night cradle ceremony (Thottilu Puja), and Pada Puja of the seer.
The committee also appealed to devotees to extend their support to the Math’s religious, social and spiritual initiatives through service and contributions, and welcomed Sri Vidyendra Tirtha Swamiji to Bengaluru for the annual observance.
