Union Minister JP Nadda lambasted the Opposition on Monday after they walked out of the Rajya Sabha over issues concerning delimitation and the New Education Policy (NEP). Addressing the House, he urged the Opposition leaders to take a ‘refresher course’ on parliamentary rules, accusing them of attempting to undermine the institution.
