KSIIDC pays ₹143.12 crore dividend to Karnataka government, contributes ₹3 crore to CM relief fund
BENGALURU: Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) has paid a dividend of ₹143.12 crore to the state government from its profits for the 2024-25 financial year.
Large and Medium Industries and Infrastructure Development Minister M B Patil handed over the dividend cheque to Chief Minister D K Shivakumar at Vidhana Soudha on Monday. The corporation also presented a cheque for ₹3 crore towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Patil said KSIIDC recorded a post-tax net profit of ₹188.41 crore in 2024-25. It also earned ₹19.34 crore as special dividend income during 2025-26. In accordance with government norms, 30 per cent of the dividend amount has been transferred to the state government, he said.
The minister said the corporation generated the income through investments in enterprises including KAMCO, KATCO, MSIL and HGML. He said public-sector enterprises had returned to sustained profitability and maintained record performance over the past three years.
KSIIDC Managing Director Khushboo Goel and Executive Director Chidanand were present.
