Bengaluru RTO Seizes 263 Two-Wheelers Used Illegally for Commercial Operations
Bengaluru: The Transport Department on Wednesday launched a special enforcement drive across Bengaluru against two-wheelers registered as non-transport vehicles but allegedly being used illegally for commercial purposes.
During the inspection, transport officials checked vehicles suspected of operating in violation of the Motor Vehicles Act and related rules.

According to the department, a total of 263 two-wheelers were found to be operating unauthorised commercial services and were seized during the special drive conducted on August 5.
The Transport Department said the enforcement action was aimed at curbing the illegal commercial use of private two-wheelers and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
