Bengaluru: The Chief Commissioner of the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), who is also the District Election Officer (Bengaluru), has urged eligible voters to submit their completed Enumeration Forms by August 7, 2026, as part of the Special Summary Intensive (SSR)–2026 of the electoral rolls being undertaken under the directions of the Election Commission of India.
In a post on X, the official said citizens who have not yet submitted their filled Enumeration Forms should verify their details and submit the forms to their respective Booth Level Officers (BLOs) on or before August 7. The submission is necessary for their names to be included in the draft electoral roll.
The District Election Officer also requested voters not to wait until the last day, stating that the forms have to be digitised before the draft electoral roll is prepared.
Citizens have been urged to complete the process at the earliest to avoid delays in the preparation of the electoral rolls.
