The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather announced the formation of a business advisory committee after tensions erupted between BJP MLAs and National Conference members on the Assembly floor. The committee, intended to streamline the legislative process, will be comprised of nine members from both the ruling and opposition parties.
