A resident of Jammu and Kashmir, Raees Ahmed Sheikh, has approached the Bombay High Court seeking bail. Sheikh, accused of being associated with the banned terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed, allegedly conducted reconnaissance of the Dr. Hedgewar Smruti Mandir, a memorial dedicated to the RSS founder in Nagpur.
