The Bombay High Court has dismissed a plea by a Dalit PhD student against his suspension from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai. The student, identified as Ramadas K S, was suspended last year over allegations of misconduct and engaging in anti-national activities.
