Bengaluru: Heavy vehicles will be restricted on Varthur–Gunjur Road (SH-35) during school-bus departure hours as Gunjur Club Road remains closed for white-topping work, Bengaluru Traffic Police said.
In a traffic advisory posted on X, the police warned that congestion and slow-moving traffic were expected on the stretch because of poor road conditions and the closure of Gunjur Club Road.
Additional traffic police personnel have been deployed to facilitate traffic movement. The restriction on heavy vehicles will apply during the period when school buses leave schools, the advisory said.
