2,939 Applications Received Under Karnataka’s “Bhu Guarantee” Drive in Bengaluru Region; 1,242 Cleared on the Spot
Bengaluru: A total of 2,939 applications were received across five City Corporations under the jurisdiction of the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) during the State Government’s special campaign titled “My E-Khata, My Hakku”, launched under Karnataka’s 6th Guarantee Scheme — “Bhu Guarantee.”
According to official information released on Friday, out of the total applications received, 1,242 applications were processed and disposed of on the spot, with verified applicants receiving final E-Khatas immediately.
Applications Covered Multiple Services
The campaign received applications related to:
- E-Khata
- Mutation
- New Khata
- B-to-A Khata conversion
- Public grievances
Authorities stated that the remaining pending applications would be cleared within the stipulated time period after verification and processing.
E-Khata Applications
- Total applications received: 1,080
- Applications disposed of: 568
- Pending applications: 512
Mutation Applications
- Total applications received: 139
- Applications disposed of: 64

New Khata Applications
- Total applications received: 236

Government Push for Digital Property Services
Officials said the “Bhu Guarantee” initiative is aimed at simplifying land and property documentation services while ensuring transparency and faster disposal of citizen applications.
The “My E-Khata, My Hakku” campaign was launched to help property owners obtain and regularize digital property records more efficiently across urban local bodies under the Greater Bengaluru Authority jurisdiction.
