Syria’s interim President Ahmed Sharaa has vowed to address the mass killings after the ouster of President Bashar al-Assad. In an interview, Sharaa blamed pro-Assad factions and foreign powers for the violence, while asserting a commitment to punish all perpetrators, even within his administration.
