Nepal’s Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba has embarked on a visit to India, initially for a religious purpose, according to an announcement from Nepal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The minister is set to offer prayers at the sacred Baba Baidyanath Dham in Jharkhand.
