BENGALURU:
After a spike of nearly 100 positive cases in the last few days, Sunday reported only four cases from Mysuru, of which two are Tablighi Jamaat returnees while the other two are from the Nanjangud pharma company.
Health Minister Sriramulu tweeted: “Only 4 new infected cases have been confirmed in the state since yesterday evening.”
The health department bulletin confirmed the 4 cases.
As of noon on Sunday, the total number of infected persons in Karnataka is 388. Of these, 105 have been cured. It is reported that 14 people have died without treatment.
Of the remaining 269, 266 cases, including pregnant women, are receiving treatment in hospitals.
