Dmitry Medvedev, the deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, decisively rejected Ukraine’s proposal to exchange territories. Medvedev labeled the idea as ‘nonsense’, in response to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s comments to the Guardian.
