Government Pauses Advocates Amendment Bill for Revisions Following BCI’s Intervention

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has expressed appreciation towards the Union Government for pausing the Advocates (Amendment) Bill, 2025. Acknowledging inputs from the legal community, the Ministry of Law and Justice will revise the draft for further discussion.
