Every Kannadiga should use language in day-to-day life: Suresh Kumar

Primary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar said the state government’s commitment to Kannada would not be weakened by the corona pandemic, and the government was committed to promoting dual-medium schools “which will prepare our children for global competition.”
‘2,500 years of history’
Speaking at the 65th Kannada Rajyotsava fete at the Kanteerava stadium on Sunday, Kumar said, “Karnataka has its own history. We are proud that our language is backed by more than 2,500 years of existence. It’s high time that every Kannadiga uses the language in day-to-day life so as to promote it.”
