Representatives of residents’ welfare associations (RWAs) and the Armed Forces held a meeting at Town Hall on Monday with civic officials and the Mayor, to take stock of preventive measures against the spread of Covid-19.
Addressing the gathering, Mayor Gautam Kumar said, “The corona virus has caused panic worldwide. Today’s meeting with RWAs and the Armed Forces is to discuss precautionary measures. According to him, precautions include greeting people with a ‘namaste’ instead of a handshake, and not touching one
