BENGALURU:

Health and family welfare minister B Sriramulu took stock of the corona virus screening facilities provided at Bengaluru International Airport on Tuesday morning.

The minister, who arrived at the airport from his native town to attend the ongoing assembly session, visited the screening centre set up by the health department.

Wanting to set an example, he asked to be screened himself. But the doctors instead showed him a demo on the screening procedures in place.

Reportedly, Sriramulu seems to have said that as there is no medicine available to cure the corona virus, good sunlight is the ‘only solution’ for affected persons.
