New Delhi: In a pivotal ruling, the Supreme Court has revoked the bail of former minister and Dharwad MLA Vinay Kulkarni, who is a key suspect in the Yogesh Gowda murder case.
This decision follows a petition filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which argued for the cancellation of Kulkarni’s bail. The Supreme Court has ordered him to surrender to the authorities within one week.
As a consequence of this ruling, Vinay Kulkarni, the Congress MLA representing the Dharwad constituency, now faces the possibility of returning to custody as the investigation into the murder continues.
