Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has taken pains to clarify that there is no link between the SSLC exams and any decision on a lockdown.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, the CM said, “The coronavirus situation in Bengaluru is not that bad compared to other cities in the country. Yet we are taking appropriate action. Bengaluru has not been fully locked down,” and added that the ongoing SSLC exams would not face a problem.
“It is our hope that Bengaluru city will not be locked down again. People should cooperate…,” the CM said.
