Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa's Political Secretary MP Renukacharya

“If you rip open my heart, you will find none other than Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa’s name,” said the CM’s political secretary Renukacharya in an unabashed display of loyalty to his leader.
His public show of loyalty, while speaking to reporters at Vidhana Soudha on Tuesday, reminds one of former Hoskote MLA MTB Nagraj’s similar pledge of fealty to former CM Siddaramaiah.

On the issue of Rajya Sabha tickets, he said the media was trying to make it look controversial. The BJP top brass has chosen two partymen who have worked at the grassroots level, he said.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party leader Amit Shah have acknowledged Yediyurappa’s leadership during the Covid-19 crisis. “There is no question of a change in leadership,” Renukacharya said.

About Umesh Katti’s meeting with other MLAs recently, he said Katti had clearly told the CM that it had nothing to do with politics.
