KUWSDB MD Selvamani R. Appointed Commissioner for Transport and Road Safety

Bengaluru, June 7: IAS officer Dr. Selvamani R. (2013 batch) has been transferred from the post of Managing Director, Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board (KUWSDB), and appointed as Commissioner for Transport and Road Safety, Bengaluru.
He succeeds Yogesh A.M., IAS, in the position.

The appointment comes as Karnataka continues to focus on improving road safety standards, traffic management and transport administration across the state.
Officials said the transfer is part of a broader administrative reshuffle announced by the Karnataka Government through a notification issued on June 7.
