KEA Announces UGNEET 2026 Second-Round Final Seat Allotment for Medical, Dental Courses; Fee Payment Deadline September 19
Bengaluru: Applications for 5,431 first- and second-division assistant posts and equivalent vacancies across 33 Karnataka government departments open on October 30, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced.
Candidates can apply online until November 25 and pay the application fee by November 26, KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna said. The recruitment notification was issued on October 29.
KEA recruitment examinations in January 2027
The examinations are scheduled for January 8, 9, 10, 16 and 17, 2027. Applicants should consult the notification for the post-wise requirements and schedule before applying.
According to the corrected release, the residual parent cadre comprises 2,163 first-division assistant (FDC) and 2,070 second-division assistant (SDC) posts. The Kalyana Karnataka cadre has 563 FDC and 635 SDC posts. Equivalent graduate- and PUC-level posts are included in the recruitment.
KEA advised interested candidates to read the notification carefully and check the authority’s website for details before submitting an online application.
