BENGALURU:
A video of an infected policeman bitterly complaining about the lack of basic facilities at the Rajiv Gandhi Hospital in Bengaluru has gone viral on social media.  The cop says it has been 2 days since he and several other policemen from different police stations got admitted at the hospital but no official has bothered to check on them. The cop says they have been lodged in the new wing of the hospital, and accuses the hospital management of not providing drinking water or proper meals on time, and also not providing sanitisers and masks.
The others seen in the video affirm that they are police personnel who were infected while on duty. Despite their service as corona warriors, they allege they are being treated shabbily at the hospital. They have pleaded with the Health Minister to immediately address their woes.
