Nearly 10 days after reserving orders on elections to the BBMP council, Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Abhay Shreenivas Oka is set to pronounce his judgement on Friday (December 4) at 2.30 pm.

Earlier, on November 25, reserving his orders in the case, Oka had put a pointed question to the state government’s counsel — “Don’t you think BBMP elections are overdue?”
After a one and a half-hour hearing on Wednesday, the Chief Justice reserved his orders on the issue.
