Authorities in Budaun district have arrested two youths on charges of making derogatory remarks against Union Minister B L Verma via a Facebook post. Their arrest comes after they allegedly threatened a Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha leader who confronted them about the offensive content, officials confirmed on Thursday.
