BENGALURU:
KAS officer Gangadharaiah H (45), a Probationer Assistant Commissioner of 2015, died after a cardiac arrest at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre on Saturday.
Soon after the heart attack, he was shifted to Sapthagiri Hospital where he was declared dead. An ex- serviceman and a native of Turuvekere in Tumkur district, he was deputed to BIEC as nodal officer.
Condoling with the officer’s family, Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa announced ex- gratia of Rs 25 lakh and a government job to one of the family members.
