BENGALURU:
The Police Department has issued a circular warning personnel not to violate SOPs and ordering them to stay at their postings in Bengaluru for the next three to four month.
The four points of the circular:
1. If their spouses and children are in their home towns, they should be brought to Bengaluru on Saturday and Sunday, May 6 and 7.
2. Officers and staff shall not leave Bengaluru city for 3 to 4 months.
3. If someone leaves Bengaluru and moves to another place, they must stay in home quarantine for 5 days. A Covid test will be conducted at their own expense and they should return to work only if the report is negative.
4. The 5 days spent in home quarantine will be deducted from their casual leave
