Scare after Covid patient visits Kolar barber shop
15 other customers to be traced and tested
KOLAR:
Bangarpet town in Kolar district faces a scare after a returnee from Malaysia, who later tested positive, visited a barber shop in the town.
The Covid case count in the district is currently 24, of which only 5 have recovered.
The man, now listed as P3186, came to Vivekananda Nagar in Bangarpet for a haircut at Super Gents Parlour. Since then, around 15 customers have gone there. Health officials have made public announcements for all these customers to get themselves tested at a government hospital.

Meanwhile, at least one barber in the district is taking no chances. The owner of Manjunath Hair Cutting Shop in Chitnahalli village wears a PPE kit while attending to his customers!
