On Sunday, the CM spoke from his home office, ‘Krishna’, via video conference to Kannadigas residing in London on the issues faced by them in the UK amidst the Covid-19 crisis.

Saravana Gurumoorthy said many students from Karnataka studying in the UK had taken loans and are now in trouble.

In response, Yediyurappa promised to talk to the banks to provide more time to the students to pay the EMI on their loans.
