CM launches Karnataka Bhavan’s reconstruction
New building will cost Rs 120 crore
BENGALURU/NEW DELHI:
Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa performed a pooja on Friday morning to mark reconstruction of the Karnataka Bhavan in the national capital.
The existing building will be demolished and a new structure will be constructed at a cost of Rs 120 crore.
Union Ministers Pralhad Joshi and DV Sadananda Gowda participated in the programme.
The reconstruction work will be carried out by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reform and the Department of Public Works, headed by Chief Minister Yediyurappa.
