Bengaluru: BESCOM has listed four dedicated helpline numbers for consumers seeking clarification on the Gruha Jyothi scheme, with assistance available from 6 am to 10 pm. Consumers can call 9480816111, 9480816112, 9480816113 or 9480816114.
The utility issued the helpline information on Thursday as the October 31 deadline approaches for its door-to-door survey of Gruha Jyothi beneficiaries.
Consumers who could not participate in the survey can visit their respective BESCOM sub-divisional offices and submit the necessary documents to complete it, the utility said in a separate reminder.
BESCOM reiterated that the survey window ends on October 31. It had earlier announced the final office-based opportunity for households missed during visits. Read the earlier survey advisory.
