BENGALURU:
Following the CM’s review meeting on Monday of the coronavirus situation in Bengaluru, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has swung into action and sealed the city’s two major markets — the Krishna Rajendra Market (KR Market) and the Kalasipalya Market — with immediate effect.
The decision to seal the two markets was taken after a representation from All Traders of SKR Market Merchant’s Welfre Association submitted a memorandum and demanded to seal down Market after few positive cases were reported from these market areas.
Both markets have been completely sealed for the next 15 days.
