Tamil Nadu Public Department secretary D Jagannathan IAS on Tuesday said that the Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government has expressed gratitude for their "cooperation" in the migrant issue. "Bihar Government has thanked us for the cooperation we have given to them," Jagganathan said.
