Bengaluru, April 18: The final electoral roll for the five city corporations under the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has been released, with a total of 88,95,361 registered voters, District Election Officer and Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao announced.

Speaking to the media after releasing the final list, he said that the revised draft electoral roll had been published on March 9. After rectifying errors and incorporating necessary changes, the final electoral roll has now been prepared and released.

The GBA jurisdiction comprises five city corporations—Bengaluru Central, North, South, East, and West—with a total of 369 wards. The final list includes 45,71,169 male voters, 43,22,557 female voters, and 1,635 voters under the “others” category, with 8,023 polling stations planned across the region.

Among the wards, Ward No. 51 (Subramanyapura) under Bengaluru South City Corporation has the highest number of voters at 53,660, while Ward No. 24 (Vijnananagara) under Bengaluru East City Corporation has the lowest at 12,897 voters. The final roll reflects an increase of 2,833 voters compared to the draft list.

The ward-wise voter list will be made available online on the official GBA website (https://gba.karnataka.gov.in/home) in PDF format. Voters can search for their names using their EPIC number or name to verify their inclusion.

For voter assistance, helpline numbers for the five city corporations have been provided:
Bengaluru Central – 080-22975803
Bengaluru North – 080-22975936
Bengaluru South – 9480685704
Bengaluru East – 9480685706
Bengaluru West – 9480685703

Recognized political parties have been requested to appoint Booth Level Agents (BLAs) for each polling station in every ward to assist in the voter registration process and ensure inclusion of all eligible voters.

Officials also clarified that voters whose names are missing in the final roll can still apply for inclusion through supplementary lists. Necessary measures are being taken to ensure a comprehensive and error-free electoral roll.

Special Commissioner (Elections) Sushama Godbole, along with Additional Commissioners, Joint Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners, and other officials, were present at the meeting.
