Bangalore South MP Tejasvi Surya’s initiative to provide home delivery of essential items in Kathriguppe ward has been a big success from day one.
Renowned Sandalwood actress Priyanka Upendra, who is a resident of Kathriguppe, utilised the ‘Covid-19 MP home delivery’ helpline to get her orders delivered at her doorstep.
Tejasvi Surya tweeted: “Renowned cinestar @Priyankauppi, resident of Kathriguppe, uses Covid-19 MP home delivery helpline 08061 9149 60, piloting only in Kathriguppe. Watch how she places her order through WhatsApp, followed by seamless delivery to her doorstep! Thank you for your support, ma’am!”
In another tweet he said: “My office, in association with Basavanagudi MLA Shri Ravi Subramanya, Corporator Shri Sangathi Venkatesh and BBMP, are running a pilot in Kathriguppe Ward that allows home delivery of all essentials, allowing stricter implementation of lockdown.”
