HC quashes formation of Anti Corruption Bureau; shifts all cases to Lokayukta
BENGALURU:
A case has been registered by the city police against staffers in the Bommanahalli Deputy Registrar’s office in connection with the TDR scam in Bidarahalli hobli.
Raids were carried out by the ACB and the police at Deputy Registrar of Bommanahalli S Rajappa bin Shamaiah’s house in Jakkenahalli hobli, Mohan Kumar bin Krishnappa’s house in Kothanoor, and Mohan Kumar bin Krishnappa’s guesthouse at HRBR Layout in Bengaluru.
