Bengaluru: Dr Sudha Yadav has been appointed Governor of Karnataka by the President of India, according to a congratulatory message from Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel H.D. Kumaraswamy.
Welcoming her to Karnataka, Kumaraswamy extended his congratulations and expressed hope that her tenure would strengthen the state’s constitutional values and contribute to its all-round development.
In his October 12 message, the Union minister cited Yadav’s political experience and academic background while setting out his expectations for her tenure.
Kumaraswamy wished her a successful term and said he looked forward to her guidance in serving the people of Karnataka.
