There were 8,324 new cases reported in the state on Saturday, taking the total case tally to 3,27,076, according to the Health and Family Welfare Department.
The same day saw nearly the same number of patients – 8,110 – discharged from hospitals, taking total recoveries in Karnataka to 2,35,128.
There were 115 Covid-19 deaths statewide on Saturday, among them 25 in Bengaluru and 11 in Mysuru.
A total of 2,993 cases were reported in Bengaluru, 468 in Ballari, 333 in Shivamogga, 319 in Davanagere, 325 in Hassan and 309 in Mysuru.
A total of 27,85,718 people have been tested so far. On Saturday, 25,453 antigen tests were conducted while 47,231 persons underwent RT-PCR testing.
As of today, 327076 cases have been reported in Karnataka. This includes 235128 discharges.
