RPO Bengaluru’s official notice on the Sai Arcade Passport Seva Kendra move to Whitefield from October 5, 2026.
BENGALURU: Passport applicants with appointments at the Sai Arcade Passport Seva Kendra from October 5, 2026, must head to Whitefield instead of the old Devarabisanahalli address. The Regional Passport Office, Bengaluru, has announced that the centre will begin operating from its new premises at GM Tech Park on October 5.
The change is especially important for people whose application receipts were issued for the previous location. The office has asked all such applicants with appointments on or after October 5 to visit the new centre on the scheduled date and at the time printed on their receipt.

New Whitefield address: near Nallurhalli Metro
The new address is Passport Seva Kendra, GM Tech Park, No. 116, Road No. 3, Near Nallurhalli Metro Station, EPIP Zone, Whitefield, Bengaluru–560066. The official notice lists Nallurhalli Metro Station as the nearby landmark.
For applicants planning their journey, the essential change is the destination. The notice directs them to follow the appointment date and time already shown on their application receipt; it does not announce a new appointment schedule.

What happens to the Sai Arcade location?
The old location is listed as Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) Sai Arcade, Survey No. 56/P, Devarabisanahalli, Marthahalli Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru–560103. The release identifies it as the location up to October 4, 2026, with the new Whitefield premises taking over from October 5.
The announcement concerns the relocation of this centre. It does not announce a move for every Passport Seva Kendra in Bengaluru. Applicants should check which centre their appointment relates to before changing their travel plans.
Already booked? Keep the date and time on your receipt
If your appointment was booked for the previous Sai Arcade location for October 5 or a later date, the office’s instruction is to report at the new PSK on that same scheduled date and time. The relocation notice does not ask these applicants to cancel or rebook their appointments.
The Regional Passport Office shared the notice on October 2. It gives 1800-258-1800 as the helpline and www.passportindia.gov.in as the official website for passport-service information. The release does not provide a walking route from the Metro station or parking details.
